With the passage of Senate Bill 1120, the Seller(s) of property must provide the Buyer(s) with disclosures concerning both Mello-Roos Community Facilities Districts and 1915 Act Special Assessment Districts, if the property is located within any or all districts.  A Notice of Special Tax and Notice of Special Assessment must be provided to fulfill the legal disclosure requirement.
